Terex, NJPA--Terex AWP Forms Strategic Alliance with NJPA

The Terex Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) segment of Terex Corp., Redmond, Wash., has announced a state and municipal purchasing contract award with the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), which serves more than 31,000 governmental agencies, public and non-public educational systems, and non-profit organizations. With the four-year contract, AWP becomes the NJPA’s exclusive source for aerial work platform products. “Working with the NJPA is a unique opportunity to increase the exposure of Genie products,” said Rusty Pugh, government sales manager, Terex AWP. “Our products will be able to reach a broad audience while providing a shorter lead time at competitive pricing. We look forward to working with the NJPA and our Genie dealers to provide world-class business solutions to government agencies, school districts and non-profits nationally.”
