Caterpillar Telehandler, TH514,--Cat Introduces New 11,000-pound capacity Telehandler

July 7, 2010—Caterpillar Telehandler Group, Hagerstown, Md., introduces a the new TH514 telescopic handler. The machine is rated at 11,000 pounds, has a forward reach of 30’3” and can lift loads to heights of 45 feet when stabilizers are engaged. Load-sensing, flow-sharing hydraulics allow for all three boom functions to be operated simultaneously and proportionally. The system provides smooth and accurate control of the load. The 101 hp Cat C4.4 DITAAC mechanical control, turbo charged engine is standard and certified to Stage IIIA (Tier3) emission regulations. Also standard is a limited slip differential fitted in the front axle.
