--Xugong Group Plans To Exit JV With Caterpillar

BEIJING -(Dow Jones)- Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group plans to exit its joint venture with U.S. heavy-equipment maker Caterpillar Inc. (CAT), according to a statement posted Thursday on the website of an equity exchange in eastern China's Jiangsu province, where the venture is based.
