DAF CF85, Truck, Uk--DAF CF85 named UK Fleet Truck of the Year

For the third year in a row, the DAF CF85 has been voted Fleet Truck of the YEar in the annual Motor Transport Awards in the UK

ZoomIt is also the 10th time the DAF CF85 has been awarded the honour at the UK's premier transport industry awards.

Ray Ashworth, managing director of DAF Trucks UK, received the trophy in front of 1400 leading figures from the industry at a presentation dinner in London earlier this month.

"We are proud that the DAF CF85 has earned this important industry award. Everyone in our industry and throughout the DAF team recognizes the significance of this award since it is an accolade from the fleet operators themselves," said Ashworth.

The DAF CF85 is powered by a 12.9L Paccar MX engine. Performance ranges from 360hp to 510hp at 1500rpm.
