Sany Heavy Industry--Sany Heavy To Pay Cash Dividends

October 18 -- Sany Heavy Industry (600031) plans to pay cash dividends (pre-tax) of 1.3 yuan for every 10 shares held together with 11 bonus shares on October 28, based on its 2.41 billion shares outstanding, reports China Securities Journal, citing a company filing.

The ex-dividend date is October 22. All newly-added non-restricted shares will become tradable from October 25.

After the bonus shares are granted, the company’s total shares outstanding will increase to 5.06 billion.
