Sany, automobile--Sany Acquires Two Auto Companies

June 11 -- Sany Heavy Industry (600031) said late yesterday that it plans to acquire the entire 100 percent equity stakes of two auto companies for 2.28 billion yuan, reports 163.com, citing a company announcement. According to the announcement, Sany plans to invest 221 million yuan to acquire the 100 percent stake in Hunan Automobile currently held by Sany Group.
