Caterpillar, mini excavator--Caterpillar Launches D Series Mini Excavators

Replacing the Cat C Series, Models 303.5D CR, 304D CR, 305D CR and 305.5D CR mini excavators are powered by engines that meet Tier-4 Interim/Stage-3A emissions regulations. Wider undercarriages on the two smaller units and heavier counterweights on the two larger machines increase stability, which allows for more lifting capacity, better balance, and improved work-tool capabilities. Load-sensing hydraulic system results in low-effort pilot controls. All D-Series models come standard with dozer blade.
