SHANGHAI, Oct 19, 2012 (Menafn - SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) --Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd (shse:600031) October 18 clarified in a statement that the company made CNY 1.16 billion from concrete machinery sales in September, of which 50 percent came from pump truck sales.

Reports said that the company's pump truck sales plunged to 15 units and sales value was merely CNY 50 million in September. However, January-June output was 3800 units or average one-month output was nearly 633 units. July and August sales were 494 units and 241 units separately.

Executives show that the Chinese pump truck market is weak this year. The company sold almost 400 pump trucks each month on average in 2011, but the sales currently are 200 to 300 units each month.
